Ok we have multiple tanks but basically we have:
Amazon sword plants
Java Moss
Vallis
Floating Lilly
Did have Hornwort but it has all died (so much for a hardy plant hey)

I think that is it, oh no one other plant that i cant seem to find the name of anywhere *roll* one day i will know LOL

BTW - Goldfish like eating Vallis

I think hornwort is a pain in the butt to grow.

Your not wrong, i will go java moss from now on, the LFS told me hornwort was as easy to grow as java moss, what a joke GRRR

yeah, that doesn't make sense. If you want it, go for it. I believe you have a new 20 gallon? That'd be perfect as is for a planted tank.
