Make it a saltwater tank and get a Mantis Shrimp. You would love it. Peacock would be awesome. Have you ever seen one? Man, you would sure like it. You could add some Live Rock too and enjoy it.

Mantis shrimp are known as saltwater pests. They will eat any fish you have (although you won't in a tank that small) and they can break your finger with one pinch. They also hide all day in the live rock and only come out at night with their high pitched screeching.

Ok i will pass on the shrimp ohmy.gif
I need all my fingers in one piece LOL

A few words for you... BETTA BARRACKS!!! biggrin.gif (common, i know you want to wink.gif, just think of all the happy lil guys swimming around.)

I knew you were gonna say that laugh.gif

We have 2 of those tanks divided into 4 for the little critters already wink.gif
Plus a hex with a male in it.
Plus a 14 L with a male in it.

Maybe i will take the girls out of the divided (they didnt get along) and plant the tank and then try them together which will give me 3 places for more males wink.gif

If i decide to do this what other fish could i put in there?

Maybe some corys?

I did not say to add anything else in with the mantis and yes they are aggressive but they are awesome. Have you ever seen a pic fishfriend?

I bet you would like it. They do come out during the day too.

For bettas? You could keep some white clouds, or a african dwarf frog, some shrimp and probably a couple bottom dwellers. I've seen a betta with i think it was a shellie before. That was pretty cool.

That mantis does look cool. But it'd be more expensive than other things, and harder to maintain.

The Mantis looks like something out of a cartoon laugh.gif

Now the tank is being used *rolling eyes* i had a goldfish last night that we had to PTS, he had the beginnings of Dropsy but i am guessing there was something else also he was having a really hard time and going down hill fast so i decided to put him out of his misery.
Now there is another betta with the very beginning stages of it GRRR so he is being treated with a broad spectrum anti biotic to see if i can beat it before it beats me wink.gif
