I got this little fella a week ago,










I had to wait untill today to get a buddy for him.

Those Oscars are VERY nice! What size tank are they in?

They are in a 20g quarantine tank at the moment,
but will be moving to 75g in a few weeks time.

Cool. I'd love to see pics of the 75g!

I love oscars. I used to have an albino one like yours but either the cats fished him outta the tank or he jumped =/. Anyways, congrats on them ^^

lol no lid, until AFTER that. Poor guy... But now the tank is lidless again since i cut it up lol. (plastic canvas) it's a whole bunch of dividers for the tank now ^^

lol. I have 2 cats so I have to have a cover over every tank.

Ahh.. and dontcha just HATE it when there's cat hair in the water? That drives me nuts.. lol

Yeah, gets on my nerves. Expecially my white longhaired cat that sheds all day long.

All our tanks are covered also, i am more worried about jumpers than the cats (we have 4 *shock*) but you are right about the fur GRRRR

I would love to own an oscar one day
I love the dark coloured oscars, im not sure about the white ones they always look like they have been cut up and bleeding

I try to keep all the tanks covered, even though u dont have cats, i just feel safer with a covered tank.
