I have nly just recently taken up the *hobby* of fish keeping , i am trying to learn as much as i can from other people.
I am married with 3 young children, i have 3 cats, my 8 year old has 2 mice.

BTW no the cats are not going to make any ....i am sure they would love to go fishing but we have very secure aquarium that dont allow for big or little paws LOL

I was in the hobbie for 8 years now.

That must be torture for the cats, living with fish and rats but not being able to touch them.

It may well be ? but they have not said anything to me about it

I think my cats are well enough fed to not worry so much with the fish but i have been told by Boof (my 9 year old cat) that the bristlenose catfish wafers are very nice as a replacement for cat biscuits. The little bugger go on top of my fridge (goodness only knows how) and pinched the wafers, took them under the dining room table and proceded to have a nice little picnic. So i think he has got things sorted, if i cant have fish to eat then i will eat all their food and they will DIE of starvation LOL

I have a dog "Maddy" that ate the sinking catfish wafers that I feed my corys with. She made a huge mess with flakes once too.

I also have other pets as well as fish. I have a white fronted amazon and 2 male cockatiels. The amazon parrot thinks my fish are hers, she enjoys watching them.

Birds hey I have a respect for birds but i dont trust them IYKWIM?
